Hello!

 

My name is Katie Dodd and I founded Dodd’s Day Of in January of 2013. As a young girl, my nickname was “The Cruise Director" because I always liked to plan and coordinate everyone and everything. As I grew up, I realized my passion was for event planning and the hospitality industry. I have worked for two pretigious hotel properties and have been able to pursue my passion for event management.

 

I am organized and easy going. I love weddings because of all the special design elements and details that go into making them a picture perfect day. My favorite part of the entire evening is when the couple gets their first glimpse of their reception site. The excitement in their faces gives me great inspiration!

 

Every wedding is just as important to me as the next whether it is big budget, country, modern, or simple. I look forward to getting to know you and helping to make your wedding one of the happiest days of your life!
