Since I am such a planner, I took it upon myself to plan my wedding, but as the big day got closer, I realized I would need a right hand woman to help me with the last minute things, the months and days leading up to my big day. I put a post on Facebook looking for referrals, and that's how I found Katie! She was so professional, on top of things, and for the day of, I didn't need to worry about anything, she took care of everything, especially the little things I never thought of (considering I've never done this before). I'm so glad we found Katie to help with our big day!

Katie, from the very beginning you made sure you did everything you could to help. By far one of the best decisions I made vendor wise for our wedding. Thank you for all the time and effort you put into making my day run smooth, look beautiful, and detailed until the very last minute of the night. You were great to work with! "Katie was great to work with and helped not only me, but maid of honor, my mom, and Jay feel confident about all the logistics and details that went in to planning for the wedding of a lifetime. Over the course of a year, we met three times face to face to go over the entire day, hour by hour (in some cases, minute by minute). Katie stayed in touch, kept things simple and easy to access. Everything was saved to Google Docs and we couldn't help but reference Etsy and Pinterest regularly. Rest assured, things don't go as planned on your wedding day, but with Katie, we were covered!
Ultimately, having Katie on deck allowed Jay and I to be charming, gracious hosts, rather than frazzled, last-minute problem solvers. We were be able to truly enjoy every moment of the day. If you work full time and have other commitments outside of planning your wedding, you won’t regret having a day-of coordinator at your side. I consider myself hyper-organized, and so it was a relief to sit down with someone who lives and breathes weddings — I was looking for reassurance and Katie gave me so much more. Don't set up your venue yourself on your wedding day. Hire Katie to run the day so you can enjoy the magic that is your wedding.
